RADAR: Jordie Lane

Over the past decade and three full length releases, Australian troubadour Jordie Lane has garnered critical accolades for his roots/folk songcraft and mesmerizing live shows:  "channeling Parsons, Springsteen and Van Zandt, Lane is an exceptional talent," hailed Music Australia Guide. Currently living in L.A., Lane journeyed to Nashville this past June to record Not Built To Last, a new EP produced by Sklyar Wilson (Justin Townes Earle, Caitlin Rose) and due stateside in early 2014 (October 15 Down Under). Lane is also embarking on a U.S. club tour at the end of the month and is offering up a free download album Live at The Wheaty via his website.  Click through below to watch Lane's "U.S. travelogue" video for Feet Fall" and stream "Clearer You'll See" from Lane's 2009 Sleeping Patterns, an album described by one critic as "storytelling at its rawest, gutsiest, and most fragile"...
