New York performing songwriter Jay May (aka Jamie Seerman) likes a good two minute song like "Long Walk To Never", a point she drove home this past March with the release of her album 10Under2. That concise outlook to her craft is often matched by the spare recording style of nearly all of her work since her full-fledged major label Autumn Falling five years ago. When she took the stage at NY's famed club The Living Room recently she played one of our favorite Jay May songs, the title track to her 2010 EP Long Walk To Never and one of the happiest sounding songs about the fizzled end of a relationship ever recorded.
