Listen: Elizaveta - "What The World Needs Now Is Love"

One last hopeful thought for 2012, delivered with straightforward aplomb by L.A.-based classically-inspired art/pop songstress Elizaveta. "What the World Needs Now Is Love", the classic Burt Bacharach and Hal David tune -- and a 1965 hit for Jackie DeShannon -- has a quiet but buoyant optimism in this version, thanks to the basic piano foundation and Elizaveta's airy vocals.
