Listen: Amos Lee - 'Mama Sail To Me'

As the Crow Flies, an EP with six unreleased tracks Amos Lee recorded with acclaimed Americana band Calexico during sessions for his excellent 2010 album Mission Bell, is now on the docket for a February 14 release. We think the best of the lot is "Mama Sail To Me", a beautiful tailored track filled with graceful melodic lines and perfectly nuanced production and instrumental backing from Calexico founders Joey Burns and John Cavatino -- and, of course, Lee's distinctively sweet and soulful vocals.
