Listen: Ren Harvieu - "Forever In Blue"

If Dusty Springfield had recorded the theme song for some lost 60's James Bond movie it might sound like "Forever In Blue", a sneak peak at the forthcoming 2012 debut album from the enormously gifted 20-year-old Manchester, England singer Ren Harvieu. Recovering from a freak club accident that left her with a broken back earlier this year, Harvieu will release her delayed debut single "Through the Night" in mid-January in the U.K. -- a track that we featured on DC this past spring. The Brits seem to have an endless supply of remarkable female singers but we think that Harvieu, with a languid and alluring "classic" voice, is something special. See if you don't agree. ("Through the Night" and an amazing "reverbalicious" version of Roy Orbison's "Crying" after the jump)...
