Over The Rhine 'At The Edge of the World' on September 3 Album

Over The Rhine will release their 15th studio album Meet Me At The Edge Of The World on September 3 via their own Great Speckled Dog Records. The new 19-track project, a double-length long player called the critically-acclaimed folk/Americana band's "most ambitious offering to date," was produced by Joe Henry (Bonnie Raitt, Lisa Hannigan) the Grammy Award-winning studio veteran (and singer/songwriter) who also produced OTR's 2011 album The Great Surrender. The new album was recorded live in the studio and was inspired by the move of OTR husband-and-wife duo of Karin Bergquist and Linford Detweiler to a pre-Civil War farm in southern Ohio eight years ago.
