Priscilla Ahn Plugs In for February 25 'This Is Where We Are'

Los Angeles-based singer/songwriter Priscilla Ahn has announced the release of her new album This Is Where We Are for February 25 via SQE Music. The new project was written during a desert trip at a hotel near Palm Springs and was co-produced by Ahn and Keefus Ciancia (Kimbra). The album moves Ahn away from her accoustic nu-folk songwriting into new dreamy electropop territory. "For me, this album was about finally finding my voice again as a songwriter and a singer," says Ahn. "This Is Where We Are portrays who I am now and another side of myself that I'd never really been able to show in other albums." New single "Diana" drops December 10.

In addition to the album announcement, Priscilla has also released the video for "Leave It Open" – part of 2-track collaboration with her friend Dave Sitek of TV On The Radio. The video is a part of Myspace's new program, "Music Video Collaborations With Artists We Like," which empowers artists by giving them the resources to produce creative and experimental content.  "Leave It Open" was executive produced by Myspace x Federal Prism.

Priscilla Ahn released her first album, A Good Day, in 2008, receiving instant critical praise with single "Dream." Shortly after, she scored two appearances on The Tonight Show with Jay Leno, syncs on hit shows like Grey's Anatomy and Psych, as well as tours with Ray LaMontagne, Willie Nelson, Amos Lee and more.
